Pioneers and Indians

As the fireworks were about to go off in Salt Lake City, Carter and I were arriving in Ramamurthy Nagar for our own Pioneer Day celebrations. Our Elders Quorum president Sam had organized for a couple of Bullock carts that could be converted into covered wagons.

A new church building is being built about 8 km from where we are currently attending, so our job was to trek from our current chapel (Nauvoo) to the new location (the Salt Lake Valley).

Once we arrived in the Salt Lake Valley, there was much of rejoicing, chicken, and banana boats.
